Billing

Payment cards accepted – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex payment cards. This includes their credit cards, debit cards and gift cards.

Discreetly Billed – Transactions will show up on your payment card as  — web-tokens.com – Georgia  657-464-7184  – if you have any questions, concerns or believe you have been billed incorrectly please email customerservice@web-tokens.com or call/text  657-464-7184 and leave a message and we will contact you and get the billing issues and get it taken care of.

Real Name or User Name – When completing your purchase you will be asked for your billing info. Part of this is your “Name” – We don’t require you to use your real name.  Of all the info that we give to the service provider of your purchase is the name you used.

Register or Not Register – You have the option to set up an account.  If you set up an account you will be able to check out faster and look at previous transactions and be able to provide “Reviews” on the services you have used.  These are just a few of the perks for available for registered users.

Your Billing Info – We DO NOT keep on file or share your payment card info with any of the phone fantasy operators featured on this site.  When you make a purchase the phone fantasy operator only receives a sale notification that has the name you used and the service you have purchased.

Not Happy with your purchase – Before you do a charge back give us a chance to make it right. We don’t do refunds but we can work as your advocate to get you a credit on a future call. Email us at CustomerService@web-tokens.com and tell us all the details and why you are not happy. Give us a few days and we will make you a happy customer.  If you do a charge back (see below) you will no longer be a customer/client for anyone we feature.

Refunds – Do to the nature of the services being provided we do not provide any refunds. If however you have issue with the service provided such as a bad connection etc and can not work out the issues with the phone fantasy provider please let us know and we will work to make you a satisfied customer.

Fraud – We take fraud seriously. I f you are using a stolen credit payment card or do a charge back for any reason all the information we have on you will be reported to the FBI Wire Fraud department.  We also work with several adult business organizations that maintain “Bad Boy” list. Commit wire fraud and your information will be added tho these list.

Charge Backs – We treat charge backs as wire fraud (see above “FRAUD”). Before you call your payment card company and say you don’t know anything about the web-tokens.com charge and didn’t authorize the charge – contact our customer service department and let use resolve the issue.  Once a charge back has been processed then it becomes wire fraud and you will not be able to do business with us in the future and your info will be reported to the FBI and other fraud organizations.

Gift Cards – Most gift cards require you to register your gift card before you can make an online purchase. Follow the instructions on the back of the gift card to register your card.  If you still have an issue using your gift card then call the customer service number on the back of your gift card and tell them you are trying to make a purchase at www.web-tokens.com and ask them why it is not going through.  They will tell you and also remove the block so you can use your gift card to make a purchase.   Most gift card companies have it set to auto block online transactions to help prevent fraud.  Removing the block is easy and only needs to be done once.
